He has over 10 years of work experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, working at different nonprofit organizations in diverse communities across Pakistan. His areas of expertise include designing and planning projects, implementing M&E systems, establishing accountability mechanisms, conducting evaluations, monitoring, data analytics, developing reports, documenting lessons learned, capacitating staff, and coordinating with departmental stakeholders, government departments, implementing partners, and donors.
He is a passionate volunteer with over 11 years of experience in program implementation, contributing his skills and time to subsidiary organizations of the Aga Khan Development Network. As the Honorary Secretary at the Aga Khan Social Welfare Board for 7 years, he led social safety net programs, managed cash transfers, and played a crucial role in health, nutrition, housing, and economic upliftment programs, along with targeted humanitarian interventions in COVID-19 and for Afghan Refugees. Previously, he served as the lead for the education program at both the Aga Khan Social Welfare Board and Aga Khan Youth and Sport Board.
